Description

During this four-day course, attendees will learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by leveraging the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). Attendees will learn and discuss the seven core competencies of the Lean Enterprise.

Attendees will gain insights around how to coach a SAFe Transformation, how to prepare and launch Agile Release Trains, create SAFe portfolios, coach Program Increments, and create DevOps culture based on continuous flow. Breakout sessions and group discussions help attendees practice the new concepts.

The initial two days of the course cover Leading SAFe® and equip students with the information and resources to help others in the enterprise adopt a Lean-Agile mindset and apply SAFe®’s principles and practices.

The final two days focus exclusively on implementing and applying the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework as part of an enterprise SAFe transformation. SAFe® Practice Consultants (SPC) are the Lean-Agile change agents and trainers – with SAFe courseware. SPCs coach teams, launch Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and enable a Lean portfolio.

Achieving the SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) certification and becoming a Lean-Agile change agent provides attendees with the framework and methods to coach and guide the enterprise to transition to a Lean-Agile mindset and adopt Scaled Agile Framework principles and practices to compete and thrive in a volatile market.
